When i think of the 70's i think of hippies, rainbows flowers and lots of colours

take a piece of ordinary kitchen paper towel

Scrunch it up but try not to twist it

then put rubber bands (or string if you don't have any)but not too tight

then get a glass of water and some water based paints and a spoon

Mix some paint with a small amount of water and stir with the spoon

dip paper into watery paint

roll excess moisture and paint in a spare paper towel

try a couple of colours

then take the rubber band off slowly ...try not to rip your paper towel ....let dry ..then use on your lay out ...good luck girls
