a friend of mine got married a couple of months ago .....and i did tell her that i would post up her stuff.....super proud of me and was totally flattered when she asked me to help with her wedding stuff......so i made the invites, the cake and a wishing well ......so there ya go shelly ..i finally got it up to show the world ...lol

This week has been busy busy busy as per usual.......

I was by chance checking my emails, and i got an email from crafting in style about a free online class......so i thought i would go and check it out .....and it was so cool ....the class was run by Kaz at http://craftinginstyle.openstores.com.au/.... it was about doodling.....the class was easy to follow, the instructions clear....so i will be back to do another

time sure flys

i seem to have fallen behind the eight ball on this blog thing....i have truely been out of the scrap world for a bit but i am back in the saddle with a few things buzzing about. I have joined the beyond blue journey at embellished ( http://www.embellished.com.au ) for a 12 week challenge. Back doing bons challenges ( http://www.bonsscraps.com.au/ ) and i have done my first lay out for 123 challenge ( http://ourbrightstarsandus.typepad.com )

this is my first real poppet that i have done and liked this was part of bonscraps march CC ch#3

and i have done my first lay out of a non human...lol...milo of course ....you will need to go look in embellished for this ..and find the journey.=)

Book Of Me

this is an album that i bought at a post xmas sale for $25.00 dollars and i just love dragonflies.....it is made of a beautiful Chinese silk with a bit of bamboo on the spine. the pic does not show how the colour shimmers and illuminates depending on the angle of light and has got recycled rough form pages inside the colour of sand.......and i am going to force myself to get out of my comfort zone and scrap some more of me ........Does anyone else hate scrapping your self or seeing pic of yourself.....since doing challenges ..i have crossed this and i am sort of enjoying it ...lol......but that is it for me ........merry xmas and happy new year ..........and my quote for the day is "A MAN CAN NOT DISCOVER NEW OCEANS UNTIL HE HAS THE COURAGE TO LOSE SIGHT OF THE SHORE!!"
